The Company

We are located in Libertyville, IL, nearby to southeast Wisconsin and a far north suburb of Chicago. We have been producing and selling plastic bottles, jugs and jars since 1981. We are looking for one more high energy, goal-oriented individual who is self-motivated to meet and exceed individual and team goals and is interested in learning our business from the ground up and is ready for a long term commitment in a family owned small office setting where you can make an immediate impact. We form teams to accomplish tasks like hiring, budgeting and training. Everyone’s job responsibilities go beyond their specific job. We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Job Responsibilities

· Learn to manage all aspects of the business cycle within a geographic territory.

· Generate new opportunities and maximize existing client business relationships.

· Learn significant technical skills and consultative selling while paying a high level of attention to detail.

· The business world has changed dramatically because of Covid and we along with it.  This opportunity entails very little, if any, travel.  

Qualifications

· The successful candidate will have a desire to learn our business and gain experience in business to business sales.

· Flexible personality.

· Excellent or willingness to learn communication and interpersonal skills.

· Excellent or willingness to learn customer relationship skills.

· Self-starter looking for a future.

· Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new programs.

· Already excellent or willingness to learn Time Management skills.

· Once trained, a willingness to work autonomously.

· Goal Setter.

We offer a base salary (commensurate with experience) and monthly bonus or commission, plus a full benefits plan (health, dental, life, 401k, education, and more).
